$42,400 was received in 24 hours as of this morning since we called for your help. And HELP you all have in a humongous and wonderful way!!
The outpouring of love, compassion and generosity from people all over the world have been beyond amazing. Our faith in the beauty of humanity is in complete awe and admiration. In the dark our universal light of love does shine forth ever so brightly. It’s so magnificent how mankind rises to the occasion when he/she sees the trials and tribulations of others. That’s what makes life so beautiful despite the ugliness of any situation. Our eyes can’t help but well up in tears as we look at these photos and their faces of desperation. We pray they can cling onto hope and know that so many caring people are on the way with relief. THANK YOU ALL from the depths of our hearts for your donations and sharing about the flood catastrophe in Laos.
Thank you for all of your generous donations, support and prayers. We ask for your patience continual loving support at this time as we also try to figure out the situation and share that with you. The aftermath is what we will focus our efforts on. Over 6,000 villages have been displaced so we will need to come up with long term solutions that help them.
