Houa Xai Library

The FIRST library project at Nam Mueng Secondary School in Meng District, Bokeo Province is now completed and we will be visiting in April for the handover ceremony and to donate more books!  Something as simple as reading will open their minds and eyes to the world.  This much needed and deserved library should serves over 400 students ages 11-17 from 18 ethnic villages.
